Kiara Kacvinsky on Her Journey to Becoming an Influence, Face of the 437 Activewear TikTok, Inside Scoop on ‘It’ Workout Classes, and Setting Boundaries

Kiara is a hustler, a wellness girl to the core, and an inspiration when it comes to doing your own thing. For this weeks episode, we were joined by Kiara where we got a behind the scenes of working in marketing for 437, being a part of the halo Braxton brand, her rapid growth on socials, and so much more. I HIGHLY recommend tuning in on this one…

Kiara started her professional path at Aritzia, rerouting to Alo, 437, and Halo Braxton— while trying to build her personal brand creating YouTube and TikTok content.

She’s also tried it all when it comes to wellness classes. Pvolve, Forma Pilates, BurnBrentwood and so much more. Here’s the run down on the top three LA studios on Kiara and the Jordan sisters radar:

Forma Pilates: A very ‘exclusive’ studio, offering classic reformer pilates studio known for a GOOD shake and burn.

Burn Brentwood: This is a heated pilates studio with LED and red light therapy. You’re not leaving this class until youre SWEATY.

Pvolve: Curated by the queen, Jennifer Aniston. This isn’t a pilates class its a resistance training form of movement, also enhancing your mobility and stability.

Ok, let’s talk about Kiara’s moment working at 437…

Applying on a whim, just over a year into her fashion degree, Kiara connected with founder of 437, Hyla for the marketing intern job positing, not having any idea what to expect of the position. Using a “fake it till you make it” mindset, completed the recruitment process and got the position.

Her internship lasted about 6 months with 437, from posting stories on instagram, interacting on TikTok, and handling emails.

Kiara’s Biggest Pieces of Advice:

Consistency fuels Growth: Whether it’s in your career, content creation, or wellness routine, showing up regularly is essential.

Shift your perspective: You may find yourself in a “victim mindset” of being overworked and underpaid. Yet, you will find long-term growth within these.

Kiara’s 2025 Goals:

Building her personal brand and self-growth

Living without restriction and finding relaxation with her day to day lifestyle

Putting her time and energy to people & things that a true to herself (I.e family, friends and travel)

Kiara’s Wellness Routine:

She’s very intuitive with her schedule and how she’s feeling.

3-4 times a week for strength training with a mix of pilates and lots of walking.
