The Jordan Sisters Beauty Hacks. From Workout Routines, Botox, Skin Care, Hair Care and What We Eat In A Day
The Jordan sisters are always looking to level up their daily routines from workouts, skin care, hair care, and healthy eats. We are always trying new things and are now here to share with you that we have discovered that works well and has stuck with us.
Abby and I have VERY different movement routines but one thing we do share is our love for it. The Jordan sisters have been exploring many different forms of movement to see what works for us. For me, I will always resort to running, Pilates and a little strength. Abby will forever be a hot yoga queen, strength, and Pilates girl.
Abby’s Weekly Workout Schedule: 2 days strength training, 2-3 days Pilates
Erika’s Weekly Workout Schedule: Running 6 days, strength training 2 days and Pilates as desired :)
Tips to channel your passion for movement:
Incorporate movement or walking every 90 minutes
Put on a cute workout set before your workout
Be curious and try different forms of movement
Do movement that you love, and you’ll crave it
Try slower versions of movement; your body might love you more
Take rest days!
The Jordan sisters favorite resources and destinations for movement:
Forest hill Lagree (sophies class)
Nice day Pilates

I am a strong believer that you don’t need to be putting seven different products every day, so Abby and I keep our skin care routines clean and simple.
Abby’s Favorite skin care products:
Eminence stone crop face oil cleanser
Eminence charcoal exfoliating gel cleanser
Erika’s favorite skin care products:
We never miss a day of snatching and depuffing our faces with the skinny confidential products (it’s just as important as skin care). The Habit stacking is lifting and sculpting your face in the sauna. The Jordan sisters snatch routine includes: massaging key lymph nodes, sculpting cheekbones and jawline, and finishing with a brow lift.
The Jordan sisters are in the hair care era, but still exploring. I’m a firm believer in washing my hair only once or twice a week, max—and since making this switch, I’ve noticed my hair is significantly silkier and smoother (I’m still working on getting Abby on this trend). We are still on the hunt for more organic, non-toxic hair products that genuinely work - we will be sure to report back.
While we are all naturally beautiful, we all have our own insecurities, for Abby it’s her lips. Botox and lip filler have been an essential for Abby, leaving her with luscious, plump lips. The Jordan sisters recently went to get a lip flip together and will be running back for more before heading to Mexico for vacay. Learn from Abby’s experience and don’t cheap out on the practitioner and try to stick with one practitioner. Last piece of advice, start small and build your lip filler. You can always add but you can’t take away.
Food is the Jordan sisters love language. While we love to try new things, when it comes to eating, we are always planning our next meal with the ‘look good, feel good’ mindset. WIEIAD
Breakfast: two eggs, half an apple, cashew butter and avocado
Lunch, beef bowl obvi: ground beef, iceberg lettuce, corn, cooked cauliflower sweet potato and a few siete chips. Dressed with my famous beef bowl dressing (ingredients: spoon of Dijon mustard and tahini, quarter of a lemon, splash of balsamic or maple syrup and olive oil) and sometimes we will top it off with the primal kitchen buffalo sauce
Dinner: Steak, cilantro infused rice, and broccolini
And… we always finish our lunch and dinner off with a few pieces of fruit and a date or dark chocolate!
