In longer sexy tops, out crop tops
To start us off, the Jordan sisters are cancelling crop tops. The mini tops that we used to wear to the bars are so not in anymore. The Jordan sisters are going for a longer, sexy, chic tops. Perfect for fall, we are going for a cozier, sexier vibe.
In organic, out non-organic foods
Organic ALWAYS when purchasing organic foods. There is so much added sh*t most of the food we buy, enhancing the size, quantity and so many added preservatives. The Jordan sisters are prioritizing all organic shopping to feed our bodies with the cleanest ingredients.
In breakfast before coffee, out coffee on an empty stomach
The Benefits. Trust us on this one, you will feel and look better if you switch your morning routine and wait to have your morning coffee post breakfast (or at least after something else in your stomach first). The benefits include:
• Better gut health/ digestion
• Balanced hormones
• Longevity throughout the day
• Reduced anxiety
• No more morning shakes!
IN Tipsy Happy hour around 5pm… Out getting black out/ drinking after 9pm
Very Demure, very mature. Something about having a happy hour drink before dinner hits different. Maturity maybe? Drinking after 9pm, going to bed still feeling the alcohol, is SO not the vibe anymore.
In high protein savory breakfast, out sweet breakfast
While we do love the occasional sweet breakfast, the Jordan sisters are in their routines of savory high protein breakfast to be fueled for the day ahead. We have naturally “cancelled” oats for breakfast to avoid the glucose spike. Our go to breakfast: 2-3 eggs with avocado, half an apple and fresh nut butter!
IN healthy fats… out seed oils/ veg. oil/ canola
It is proven that they ACTUALLY make you skinner. The Jordan sisters are cooking with beef tallow and coconut oil or making salad dressing with olive oils. We are avoiding all seed oils, canola oil, and vegetable oils.
In apple cider vinegar out ag1 (kind of)
The Jordan sister skinny water. sixteen ounces of water, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, half of a lemon and a splash of coconut water. Out ag1 every morning… we aren’t FULLY cancelling AG1. We are prioritizing getting our vitamins and minerals where we can in the foods we eat, and being intuitive when we want our (ag1) greens.
In all naturalllll, out foundation
Less is more. Add a few drunk elephant tanning drops to your moisturizer, some concealer, a little bronzer, and add some highlighter for a glowy all natural look.
In Alo Yoga, out Lululemon
If you haven’t already, this is your sign to go get yourself an alo sweatsuit and put away the lulu-lemon scuba hoodie, leaving these behind as we enter the fall. Don’t get us wrong, we do love a classic lulu legging but it’s time to step up your athleisure wear game.
In sleeping IN or prioritizing sleep, out 5 am wakeup and grind mindset
The Jordan sisters are out of 5am hustle culture mindset. Showing up our best and most productive selves, looks more like getting a full 8 hour sleep, fitting in movement and sticking to our morning routines.
In country boy, out city boy
Let’s be clear here, we are talking about country boy roots. So out: city boys (especially the ones who are hopping on the “country trend”). The Jordan sisters aren’t looking for a finance bro who’s sitting in the office until 9:00pm. What we do need is a true hard working (handy) man.
Oh, and mullets are so in!
